Harrop Engineering has been certified by SAI Global to the internationally recognised standard ISO9001 Quality Management System since 1995. Recently Harrop achieved the QMS certification for the revised ISO9001-2015 standard (Quality Management System – requirements). Making Harrop one of the first in the automotive industry both locally and abroad to achieve this revised standard; demonstrating our commitment to QMS risk identification & exploration of opportunities for improvement.

We are proud of this achievement, which reinforces our commitment to innovation and quality control within the Automotive & Aftermarket Performance industries. These standards are upheld through rigorous audits, analysis, customer feedback and performance reviews.

Our high QMS standards are achieved through investment in state of the art technology, resources and through the optimisation of fundamental processes.

   

• Harrop maintain a fully integrated MRP system with an active production scheduling work order system, including real time on the job tracking system & status reporting.
  
• Complete lot & batch traceability on various products (serial numbers) to ensure controls are maintained.
  
• In-house metrology rooms with two coordinate measuring machines to further ensure products meet the specification producing certificates of conformance where required.
  
• Nonconformities, warranty returns & customer complaints are investigated thoroughly & where required corrective actions to our products & processes are investigated and implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
