The release of the HEMI V8 powered RAM 1500 in Australia was the trigger for our team to begin the development of our aftermarket program for the platform, centered around our TVS2650 Supercharger Kit.

Whilst we were designing and machining prototype parts for our TVS2650 RAM 1500 Supercharger Kit, our team took the opportunity to enhance the trucks styling. We started by fitting a bolt-in spacer/level kit sourced from American Trucks Online, offering a 2.5" lift to front suspension, giving the truck a much more aggressive, levelled look.
We continued to transform the look of the RAM 1500 by fitting Method NV 18x9 wheels wrapped in Toyo Open Country R/T 35"x12.5"/18" (285/65-R18) tyres, to give a much sportier and aggressive feel. Finally we re-trimmed the leather interior with embossed Harrop and RAM logos at NSR Interiors.

Our R&D team explored opportunities to further enhance the RAM 1500 and looked into developing an ELocker to provide better off-road traction and performance. Due to the design of the OEM front differential and the welded ring gear, it is unfortunately not possible to install a replacement aftermarket selectable locking differential.
The rear differential is currently being reviewed for possible development.

Our TVS2650 Supercharger is engineered and manufactured in Australia for the HEMI 5.7L V8 powered RAM 1500. Our engineers designed the Supercharger Kit around the largest, most-efficient Eaton R2650 TVS rotating group to deliver a 40% increase in power and torque.
Our engineers packaged a large twin pass intercooler core in the cast aluminium manifold, which is located directly under the Supercharger discharge port to maximise Intercooler surface area. The unique intercooler system coupled with large front mount heat exchanger and high flow Bosch intercooler pump, provides greater thermal and volumetric efficiency to unleash the performance potential of the Hemi 5.7L V8 engine both on-road and off.
We are extremely proud of the results and the instantaneous boost response from the positive displacement Supercharger delivering instant torque right through the rev range.
