GO BEHIND THE SCENES AT AUSTRALIA’S PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING HQ
It only happens once a year and on 20 September Harrop will be throwing open their doors and inviting the general public to join them at the annual Harrop Open House.
“This is a very special year for the team at Harrop as we’re celebrating our 60th Anniversary,” said Heath Moore, General Manager Harrop Engineering. “To mark the occasion we’re planning a massive open day where enthusiasts and fans can go behind the scenes of our cutting edge facility by pre-registering for a guided factory tour,” he stated.
For anyone interested in precision engineering, manufacturing and performance, the guided factory tour showcases the Harrop product development process, with behind the scenes insight through R&D engineering, manufacturing and product validation within the Harrop Performance Centre.
“We only have a limited number of factory tour places available and they’re filling fast so make sure you head to the Harrop website and book your place today,” Heath added.
Harrop are inviting enthusiasts to register their special vehicles in Show & Shine, being held on the private road outside Harrop HQ. To reflect the diversity of the brand, Harrop are welcoming Aussie, American, Euro, 4x4 & JDM Import vehicles and awarding Harrop manufactured billet aluminium trophies to be judged by the public.
“It’s just over a month until we open our doors to the public and we have kicked into full gear,” Heath remarked. “We have secured a variety of race vehicles and historic motorsport pieces to go on display and will continue to endeavour to provide attendees with the best experience yet.”
Harrop are continuing their support of Camp Quality Australia in 2015 which is building strong relationships within the community.
